43.0124 Death of party to be charged.
In all cases where, due to death of the party to be charged, the bringing of an action against his estate has been delayed beyond the period provided for by statute, the time within which action may be brought against his estate shall be extended for 6 months from the date of the death of the decedent.History: 1962, PL 7-36.
