45.1103 Juvenile parole.
(a) A parole officer position is established within the Attorney General’s office. All juveniles paroled under 45.1102 are under the supervision of the parole officer.
(b) When any child is placed on parole, the parole officer gives the child a written statement of the terms and conditions of his parole and explains fully those terms and conditions to him, his parents or legal guardians.History: 1980, PL 16-71 § 1.
