42.0124 Misrepresentation by parolee- Parole revocation.

All grants of parole are predicated on the applicant’s good faith and frankness. If, after release on parole, evidence comes to the attention of the board that the parolee has withheld or wilfully concealed material information, the board may act to revoke the parole granted ac- cording to procedures of this chapter.
